    Adam is a physiotherapist who has been working within professional football for fourteen years, with half of this time being within a Premier League first team environment. As a result of this experience he has a keen interest in the management of lower limb muscle injuries, particularly the hamstrings and Rectus Femoris. Adam has also has an interest in research and has had three articles published within peer-reviewed journals.
    Scott is a sports physiotherapist and biomechanist. He is completing a PhD at the Australian Catholic University’s SPRINT Research Centre, where his research focuses on biceps femoris long head structure–function relationships using advanced MRI, applied biomechanics, and muscle modelling. Scott also works in elite Australian football as a senior physiotherapist and rehabilitation lead at the Western Bulldogs Football Club.

    Dr David Cowley is a clinician-researcher specialising in men’s pelvic health. He works as a Postdoctoral Researcher at the University of Queensland and as the Men’s Health Clinical Stream Leader at Active Rehabilitation Physiotherapy. He completed his PhD at the University of Queensland, where his research focused on male pelvic floor biomechanics and their role in urinary continence. Alongside his research and clinical practice, David teaches Men’s Health Physiotherapy across the University of Queensland, Australian Catholic University, and Griffith University.

    Jill Cook is a professor in musculoskeletal health in the La Trobe Sport and Exercise Medicine Research Centre at La Trobe University in Melbourne Australia. Jill's research areas include sports medicine and tendon injury. After completing her PhD in 2000, she has investigated tendon pathology, treatment options and risk factors for tendon injury. Jill currently supplements her research by conducting a specialist tendon practice and by lecturing and presenting workshops both in Australia and overseas.
