This week in the Shack: Rebecca and Delvin catch up on what they’ve been up to this week - playing more Rhythm Heaven and watching the Odyssey, before discussing various news topics from the week. They chat about the new EU regulations with replaceable JoyCon batteries, the upcoming Duskbloods network test, and a recent interview with Miyamoto regarding his opinion on Mario games. As always, they answer listener questions, such as what should Nintendo do for a new Nintendogs game, what is a recent game that disappointed you, and what would have happened if Nintendo and Sony’s joint console business deal in the 90s never fell through.

This week in the Shack: Delvin and Rebecca join forces this week to chat about everything they’ve been playing, from Rhythm Heaven to 007 First Light, before diving into this week in Nintendo news. They cover topics such as new LEGO sets featuring Donkey Kong and Pokemon, Mario Kart Tour’s service ending, and more. They also take a few minutes to remember Satoru Iwata’s legacy on the 11th anniversary of his passing. As always, they answer listener questions, such as what other games would they like to see reimagined in the way Star Fox and Ocarina of Time are being remade.

This week Rebecca is out but Donnie is back briefly to talk about Splatoon Raiders, new Metroid games on the horizon and the state of video games following Playstation's announcement of getting rid of physical games.

This week in the Shack: Donnie takes a break from his busy work schedule to join Delvin and Rebecca as they talk all about the release of Star Fox.  They catch up on other games and demos they’ve been playing before diving into the news, including the recent Nintendo shareholder meeting and other stories from the week. As always, they answer listener questions, such as how could Nintendo implement Street Pass in 2026, which Smash character had the best debut game, and what “dead” genres should Nintendo revive next?

As always, they answer listener questions, such as which studio should Nintendo buy from Xbox to save it from closing, and what are they NOT looking forward to doing again in the Ocarina of Time remake.
