    My guest today is Amy Wilding, Board Certified Women’s Hormonal Health Coach, and menstrual rewilding expert, author of Period of Change and Wild & Wise.
    Amy is a queer and inclusive feminist with a passion for empowering women by helping them to reclaim their inherent sovereignty and wisdom, she has been leading sacred women’s circles, mother-daughter circles, and rite-of-passage ceremonies for well over a decade.
    She is the founder of Period of Change, a transformative menstrual education programme and rite-of-passage celebration that has supported thousands of girls and their mothers through puberty, menarche, and the reclamation of cycle literacy. She founded in 1998 her women’s mystery school, Priestess Path, the Women’s Belly and Womb conferences, Daughters of the Earth Gatherings, the global grassroots Red Tent (Temple) Movement and co-founded Women in Power initiations, uplifting the fierce feminine to confront predator energy through Shadow Work. Much of her work was purposefully undocumented for women to meet mystery in her containers, yet her influence is in the roots of much that grew from her devotion and those in her communities who gave immense lifeforce for our palpable rise.

    Author Uma Dinsmore-Tuli PhD is an advocate for intuition and rematriation. She met yoga in 1969, at the age of four, and fell in love. She’s been practicing ever since, sharing cyclical, therapeutic yoga since 1994. Co-Founder of the Yoga Nidra Network, she also trains specialist teachers in Total Yoga Nidra and Yoni Shakti Yoga Therapy for menstrual and menopausal health, pregnancy, birth, and postnatal recovery.

    Uma has written six books, including Nidra Shakti: the Power of Rest - An Illustrated Encyclopaedia of Yoga Nidra and Yoni Shakti: A Woman's Guide to Power and Freedom through Yoga and Tantra.
    Recovering intuitive embodied and cyclical wisdom is at the heart of her writing and her approach to yoga therapy.
