Bláthnaid shares what it was like to return to home Ireland after over a decade abroad. What she expected, what surprised her, and how it feels to come “home” when you have changed. From professional identity shifts to unexpected moments of disconnection. She reflects on what it means to re-root in a place you once called home and how the familiar can feel strangely unfamiliar after a life lived elsewhere.https://www.linkedin.com/in/blathnaidhealy/
