    Which is actually insane considering what I went through the first time.
    Like I’m not talking about “it was hard.”
    I’m talking postpartum rage, anxiety, depression… I didn’t recognize myself, my relationship was struggling, my self-image was in the trash, and I genuinely felt like I lost who I was. 
    So when people ask me if I’m worried it’s going to happen again… I get why they’re asking.
    But no. I’m not.
    And it’s not because I’m hoping it’ll be better or trying to “stay positive.”
    It’s because I understand exactly what created that experience in the first place… and I know how to shift it now.
    In this episode, I’m walking you through what was actually going on for me during my first pregnancy and postpartum, how I was subconsciously creating all of it (even the physical symptoms), and why this time is going to be completely different.
    I get into things like the swelling I had last pregnancy, why it wouldn’t go away no matter what I did, how feeling stuck in my life was showing up in my body, and how those same patterns literally played out in my career and relationships too.
