In this warm and candid episode, Jackie is joined by entrepreneur, podcast host and Instagram phenomenon Lise Thorne. They dive deep into the realities of midlife: the juggle, the joy, the fear, the freedom and what it truly means to be a midlife woman and run multiple businesses today.

Lise Thorne is an entrepreneur, community builder, fellow podcast host and fierce advocate for midlife women. She founded Dynamic Futures, a talent tech organisation, in 2005 and grew it to a team of 150 people before her entrepreneurial journey took a more personal turn – training for the 100km South Downs Trail Walker, discovering the power of movement, and creating @walking_this_way.
She hosts The Walking This Way Podcast, runs The Money Conversation – teaching midlife women how to invest – and founded the Welcome Home Project.
