The Real Reason Your Business Keeps Getting More Complicated (and Why Simplifying Isn't Where You Start)
Most women I work with don't actually want a bigger business. They want a business that feels lighter, more spacious, and gives them the freedom they imagined when they first became entrepreneurs.
And yet somewhere along the way, their business became more complicated instead of more life-giving: more offers, more audiences, more things to maintain.
In this episode, I'm sharing why I no longer believe complexity is the real problem. I think it's a symptom.
Through the story of packing for a month on the Portuguese coast, the mistakes I made in my first business, and the journeys of two remarkable women I’m mentoring, I'll show you why simplicity isn't something you create by cutting things away. It's something that naturally emerges when you're clear about the life you're building toward.
Because simplifying your business isn't really about having less. It's about finally learning how to build from the inside out.

This past winter, I named a desire I'd carried for years, along with a long list of practical reasons why it couldn't happen this summer. Within about thirty seconds, the reasons had already won.
Except the desire didn't go away. And as life often does, it found a way of bringing that desire into being anyway.
It's the same pattern I see in so many of the women who come to me: wise, accomplished women who've done years of inner work, invested in countless trainings, and still find themselves unable to take the next step toward the life and business they say they want.
In this episode, I'm sharing why I no longer believe the thing so many of us say when we're standing at the edge of something important: "I just need to get a little clearer first” or “I need to wait for a better time.”
Because what often looks like a lack of clarity or inconvenient timing is something else entirely.
I'll share what I've learned about the parts of us that step in just before we're about to go for it, why more information or waiting rarely creates the readiness we're hoping for, and the one question that can help you tell the difference between needing more clarity and being afraid to want what you truly want.

This past month handed me two things I didn't plan for: my father's death, and a record-breaking heat wave that made our apartment in Bordeaux uninhabitable for two weeks.
Both came back-to-back, with no warning and no gradual transition. Just: life arriving and asking everything to hold.
