This is probably the most vulnerable piece of content I've ever posted. I went in depth on my personal story and experience taking drugs / drinking. The goal of this is to spread awareness of the current drug epidemic that has a grip of young people, I want to use my influence to talk about the reality of something that is so normalised now. The main difference is I focus mostly on fat loss and Adam focuses on mobility and living pain free.
