return to Allah even if you sinned a 1000 times

    18/08/2026 | 16 mins.
the episode on surahtul hadid will be up soon as well, insha Allah
    ‏{قل يا عبادي الذين اسرفوا على أنفسهم لا تقنطوا من الرحمة الله إن الله يغفر الذنوب جميعا إنه هو الغفور الرحيم}
Say, ˹O Prophet, that Allah says,˺ “O My servants who have exceeded the limits against their souls! Do not lose hope in Allah’s mercy, for Allah certainly forgives all sins.1 He is indeed the All-Forgiving, Most Merciful.
    Quran 39:53
The Hadith on how happy Allah is to due to the return of a slave:
Anas bin Malik Al-Ansari (MayAllah be pleased with him) the servant of the Messenger of Allah narrated:Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said, "Verily, Allah is more delighted with the repentance of His slave than a person who lost his camel in a desert land and then finds it (unexpectedly)".
    [Al-Bukhari and Muslim].
In another version of Muslim, he said: "Verily, Allah is more pleased with the repentance of His slave than a person who has his camel in a waterless desert carrying his provision of food and drink and it is lost. He, having lost all hopes (to get that back), lies down in shade and is disappointed about his camel; when all of a sudden he finds that camel standing before him. He takes hold of its reins and then out of boundless joy blurts out: 'O Allah, You are my slave and I am Your Rubb'.He commits this mistake out of extreme joy".

my brain has 47 tabs open, this one’s teaching me to stay

    05/05/2026 | 7 mins.
My Brain Has 47 Tabs Open is a reflection on mental noise, the pull of fresh starts, and the quieter work of staying. Lately I’ve been thinking about how easy it is to chase the excitement of new plans, new routines, and the feeling of beginning again - while forgetting that real growth usually asks for something less dramatic. In this episode, I’m talking about what it means to step into spaces that stretch you, the discomfort of realizing how much you still have to learn, and why not every open tab needs a reset. Sometimes growth is simply staying long enough to be shaped.

    You’re entering sacred time

    17/04/2026 | 6 mins.
As we enter Dhul-Qa’dah, one of the sacred months, this episode is a gentle reminder that not all time is the same.

    Allah says:
“Indeed, the number of months with Allah is twelve [lunar] months… of these, four are sacred. That is the correct religion, so do not wrong yourselves during them…” (Surah At-Tawbah 9:36)

    And the Prophet ﷺ said:
“The year is twelve months, of which four are sacred: three consecutive months—Dhul-Qa’dah, Dhul-Hijjah, and Muharram—and Rajab…” (Bukhari & Muslim)

A short reflection on becoming more aware of sacred time, and how even small actions can carry greater weight within it.

    Wa Allahu a‘lam.

commitment in order to get to Allah’s love

    Narrated `Aisha:
Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) said, "Do good deeds properly, sincerely and moderately and know that your deeds will not make you enter Paradise, and that the most beloved deed to Allah is the most regular and constant even if it were little."
