In deze podcast praten Rinus en Nico Dijkshoorn met Martin Kuiper over 'Vrij', een song geschreven door Rinus met tekst en zang van Nico. De heren spelen al jaren samen met elkaar in The Wizards en toen Rinus Nico vroeg om mee te doen aan 'Vrij' twijfelde deze geen moment. De track is onderdeel van Rinus’ Garage, het solo project van Rinus Gerritsen. Iedere maand brengt de voormalig bassist van Golden Earring een nieuw nummer uit, vaak met een gastzanger of zangeres. Bij elk nummer hoort een eigen podcast, waarin wordt gepraat over het ontstaan van de track. Iedere song heeft een uniek verhaal en een unieke muzikale kleur.

In this podcast, Rinus and Nico Dijkshoorn talk with Martin Kuiper about "Vrij," a song written by Rinus with lyrics and vocals by Nico. The two have played together for years in The Wizards, and when Rinus asked Nico to participate in "Vrij," he didn't hesitate. The track is part of Rinus' Garage, Rinus Gerritsen's solo project. The former Golden Earring bassist releases a new song every month, often featuring a guest vocalist. Each song has its own podcast, in which the band discusses its origins. Every song has a unique story and a unique musical flavor.
