What intervention is present in my current reality? What isn’t going according to plan? And how might that be good for me?
April asks us to step into Deep Faith.
The current of the river is strong and it looks intimidating. What normally feels second-nature to us suddenly seems out of our control.
In the quickening chaos of Aries energy, we’re reminded that wisdom doesn’t move at the pace of logic. Some of the most challenging transits of April are also the most generative – even if it doesn’t seem like it when it’s unfolding.
The work is to recognize that wisdom is cultivated over time. And it requires you to fully immerse in the experiences that life presents.
As the old saying goes, “You should sit in meditation for 20 minutes a day. Unless you’re too busy, then you should sit for an hour.”

“I’m most interested in writing a love letter to humanity. Even more so than travel.”
For many in the astrology and tarot world, Jeff Hinshaw is no stranger. You may know him through his deeply beloved podcast Cosmic Cousins or the Brooklyn Fools Tarot Journey.
Recently, Jeff and I caught up to discuss the process of creating Travel Tarot, in which Jeff collaborated with Lonely Planet and Studio Muti.
Specifically, we discussed how the deck deepened his embodied understanding of the Mercury retrograde phases and sharpened his awareness of creative synchronicities.
It’s an expansive deck that’s also gentle to the nervous system – an energetic signature I always feel whenever I interact with both Jeff as a person and his work. I know that this deck will expand many people’s relationship with the tarot, and the world at large.
Jeff also generously shared his current process as a practitioner and a human walking his path. We touched on the Saturn-Neptune in Aries conjunction (a big astro signature this year), as well as some early data on the magic of this deck.

Don't Break The Mirror: When Your Authenticity Triggers Others

    16/03/2026 | 8 mins.

Alright dear ones… In this episode, we get REAL.
Let’s start with the baseline premise that everyone who’s listening is doing The Work™️: practicing being honest with themselves and others, acknowledging our humanity and fallibility, and committing to being a kind human being who’s not intentionally trying to hurt people for no reason.
And yet, even when you do all the things, the inevitable will still happen.
You rub people off the wrong way.
Often when you least expected it.
You were simply living your life. Being you. Responding as you.
Then out of left field, something you said set them off.
Your perspective, your phrasing, your tone, something in the way you showed up activated them in ways that are unpleasant to everyone involved.
I must admit, I’m dissatisfied by the easier explanation of: “Oh, they’re just projecting onto you. Don’t worry about it.”
Because while that’s usually true, I know that this experience, like everything in life, is a fantastic opportunity for me to also look at my own stuff.
So, what’s going on here? Is there more than what meets the eye? How might we take this painful experience and tend to what is ours to process, while releasing that which aren’t?

Have you ever felt like your muse is working you overtime? That ideas continue streaming even when you’re well past your ability to execute them?
My guest today is the brilliant guide Verena Borell. She’s no stranger to the experience of burnout, which she experienced at multiple junctures in her journey.
I initially invited Verena to contemplate her natal Venus in Aries with me. And our conversation led to Verena beautifully sharing her experience as an entrepreneur and practitioner.
Her Venus in Aries placement wouldn’t let her resign to these patterns, though. Through continued reflection and experimentation, Verena created her unique blend of evolutionary astrology, somatic experiencing, and other modalities to heal herself and teach her clients to soften and slow down.
This conversation is fresh and brilliant. I hope Verena’s generous share of her journey inspires you and reminds you that you’re not alone if these patterns are present for you, too.

    _______
Where in my life am I still trying to squeeze my mermaid self into a box that was never designed for my essence?
March calls us to simultaneously explore our mythical selves and take aligned actions.
March begins with an intensely Piscean sky, with all the personal planets, along with Sun and Rahu in Pisces.
We then shift into the fiery Venus in Aries, teaching us how to be with difficult emotions and potential ruptures. Meanwhile, Mars in Pisces is an invitation to channel big emotions into art, collective dreaming, and courageous action.
Along the way, this month encourages you to treat your life as an alchemical laboratory, to work skillfully with misunderstandings and unclear structures, and to remember that you are not here to wait for miracles.
    You’re here to become one.
