Zoe talks about completing England, Scotland and Wales in a single day, what she learned from that experience, and how she’s now gearing up for the legendary Iron Butt Challenge — riding 1,000 miles in 24 hours. 
It’s a great conversation about pushing personal limits, building confidence in the saddle, and what drives riders to take on the miles. 
Importantly, the Iron Butt challenge is being attempted in aid of Laurens Legacy, a charity dedicated to the helping make wishes come true for young people battling cancer.
