    why you can’t seem β€œto do the thing”

    How do you feel when you say you’ll do the thing… and you don’t? This is the BIGGEST CONFIDENCE KILLER! You know why? Because when we break promises to ourselves over and over we stop trusting ourselves little by little. So in today's episode we're breaking down the importance of keeping the promises you make to yourself and how to get better at it πŸ‘

    πŸ¦‹ Homework: Rebuild Trust With Yourself

    Step 1: Choose ONE Small Promise (Non-Negotiable)
    I want you to choose one small, realistic promise you can keep every day for the next 7 days.

    Not:

    * β€œI’m going to overhaul my whole life.”
    * β€œI’ll work out 6 days a week.”
    * β€œI’ll be perfect.”

    Yes:

    * β€œI’ll go for a 10-minute walk.”
    * β€œI’ll drink a full bottle of water before coffee.”
    * β€œI’ll prep one meal.”
    * β€œI’ll go to bed 20 minutes earlier.”

    πŸ“Œ Rule: It should be so doable that your brain can’t talk you out of it.

    Step 2: Write It Somewhere You’ll See It
    Put it in your notes app. On your mirror. In your planner. On your fridge. This is you making a promise to yourself not a vague intention. Finish this sentence and write it down: β€œFor the next 7 days, I promise myself I will __________.”

    Step 3: Keep the Streak Alive (Not Perfect β€” Consistent)
    Every day you keep that promise, check it off.
    You’re not tracking results. You’re tracking self-trust.

    If you miss a day: No spiraling. No shame. No β€œI suck, what’s the point?” You simply return the next day.

    Because winning isn’t perfection. The win is: β€œI came back.”

    Step 4: Reflection (Do This in 7 Days) Have them answer these questions:
    * Did I keep my promise more often than not?
    * How did it feel to start trusting myself again?
    * Where else in my life have I been breaking promises to myself?
    * What’s one promise I’m ready to upgrade next?
