A while ago I saw a video of the musician Jacob Collier saying "When you are your biggest, brightest, most beautiful self, it allows others to be their biggest, brightest, most beautiful self as well".

I think about that a lot - and today is a pep talk for you if you've been feeling low, like giving up or just are in need of a reminder!

Welcome to this new space! I'm so happy to have you here. If you're reading this it means this episode and its message found you and for that I'm forever grateful. Thanks for joining me on this new journey together.

I sat down to do some channeled writing and what came to me was so clear "Surrender and set yourself free". I've found that in the moments when I tend to start thinkng so much, and trying to understand my spiritual messages... the further I end up from where I'd like to be. The key is to let go, trust and follow your intuition! That's what we're chatting about today :)
