    Charity RNIB and the British Library hosted an event to celebrate the bicentenary of the invention of braille, the system of raised dots that allows blind and partially sighted people to read with their fingers.  RNIB Connect Radio's Hubert Pawelkiewicz was there and heard from two people learning braille and using it for their studies, Seren Jaye and Toben Durrant.
