As the founder of The Monday Club, she has created a community for women to support each other through life’s struggles—whether they’re young mothers, individuals living alone, or those simply feeling a bit lost.  She also recently published Capture Your Monday, a collection of 52 motivational reflections to help readers kick off each week on a positive note.
