  • 230 Unlock Your Authentic Voice: Interview with Molly Tschang
Within teams, organizations, and interpersonal relationships, creating an environment in which everyone feels free to express their ideas and opinions is crucial for achieving optimal results. However, people often hesitate to say what’s really on their minds, particularly if they believe that it may conflict with widely held views or expectations. The key to communicating more skillfully lies in finding your authentic voice, or the one that supports who you need to be in order to best serve a situation.  As the founder of Abella Consulting and Say It Skillfully Inc., Molly Tschang empowers senior management teams to win as one. With expertise in over 80 mergers and acquisitions, she has guided executives through the intricate human dynamics of transformational change and growth. Molly hosts the popular Say It Skillfully podcast and video series, and is a TEDx speaker and member of Marshall Goldsmith’s 100 Coaches. She serves on the boards of several privately held companies and the Cornell Engineering College Council, and is a strong advocate of social enterprise. Molly’s first book with co-author Marshall Goldsmith, forwarded by Ken Blanchard, is titled, “Say It Skillfully: Speak Up. Make Your Words Matter. Win Together.” Her mission is to ensure that everyone is seen, heard, and understood to work better, work together, and drive real impact. In Episode 230 of The Mindset Game® podcast, Molly discusses the following: Common fears that may prevent people from speaking up, and actionable strategies for overcoming them A framework for getting grounded within yourself to identify who you authentically need to be in a given situation, tuning into others to see how they may be experiencing the situation, and coming together as a team in order to have more constructive conversations Practical tips for enhancing your communication skills — particularly when navigating challenging conversations To download Molly’s mini-audiobook, “Say It Skillfully: The Me-You-We Framework,” visit https://sayitskillfully.zoundy.com/me-you-we, or visit https://www.sayitskillfully.com to access her other resources.  To learn more about The Mindset Game® podcast, visit www.TheMindsetGame.com. • 229 A Radical Guide to Reality: Interview with Jude Currivan
In today’s world, it often seems that conflict and division are widespread. However, over the course of human history, there have been many different phases on our evolutionary journey – and research indicates that we may now be on the precipice of shifting back toward greater unity. Making this brighter, more harmonious future a reality begins with the choices we make at an individual level.  Dr. Jude Currivan is a cosmologist, planetary healer, futurist, author, Evolutionary Leaders Circle member and, previously, a senior UK-based international business woman. She has a Master’s degree in physics from Oxford University specializing in cosmology and quantum physics and a Ph.D. from the University of Reading in archaeology, researching ancient cosmologies. Having travelled to over 80 countries and worked with traditional wisdom-keepers, she is a lifelong researcher into the unitive nature of reality. Have you ever wrestled with an inner critic that berated you for any perceived flaws and prevented you from celebrating your strengths and achievements? While it can be difficult to fully accept yourself exactly as you are, self-acceptance is essential not only for your own happiness, but also the health of your relationships with others – and for leaders, self-acceptance is one of the keys to building high-performing teams.   Dr. Laura Gallaher is an organizational psychologist, keynote speaker, USA Today best-selling author, and leadership coach. In a world filled with distractions, it can be challenging to focus your energy on the pursuits that will bring you optimum happiness and fulfillment. The secret to reaching your goals, overcoming barriers that may be holding you back, and attracting what you truly desire may lie in the powerful quantum fields that surround each of us. Dr. Jeffrey Fannin is known globally for his work on brain mapping, including his research on cognitive neuroscience, focusing on brain function and changing subconscious limiting beliefs.
