Jamie Lynn Sigler: Living with MS, Radical Honesty and the Miracle of Self-Love

    07/05/2026 | 1h 6 mins.
What if all the mistakes you've made, the shame you’ve carried and the terrible way you have treated yourself, are all part of the journey back to who you truly are. My ex-husband always used to say, "Sometimes we have to go to the wrong place to get to the right place” and he was right. And no, the irony is not lost on me ;)

The newest episode of Heal with Kelly is near and dear to my heart because I sit down with my beautiful friend Jamie Lynn Sigler — beloved for her role as Meadow Soprano in HBO’s The Soprano’s.  We dive into her powerful new book out this week called  And So It Is... A Memoir of Acceptance and Hope. Jamie is incredibly brave and raw in her writing.  She shares with radical honesty and humility and her story rocked me to my core while lighting me up with hope and compassion.

Jamie has lived with Multiple Sclerosis (and Lyme) for 25 years. For most of that time, she hid it — from directors, from co-stars, from the world. Before her diagnosis, she hid an eating disorder and a suffocating shame that wasn’t even hers.  She shares what those years of silence cost her, and how finally telling the truth, the most courageous act one can do, actually set her free.

I cried so many times reading Jamie’s new book. I saw myself in so much of her story and her journey is truly gripping, heartbreaking, and full of miracles. I could not recommend this book more.

In this episode we go deep on the inner voice that intends to protect us but turns out to be far more harmful than any external enemy. We discuss the way shame cripples our sense of worth and what it actually looks like to stop performing and start living. Jamie opens up about her son Beau's near-death experience — and the message he brought back that became her lighthouse. She shares the moment she fell to her knees in a hospital hallway and felt, for the first time, that she was not alone. And she talks about what it means to finally walk into a room and say: this is how I move. This is who I am.

This conversation is about surrender and breakthrough, plant medicine and prayer, generational healing and the stories we carry in our bodies. It's a reminder that healing is never about fixing what’s broken — it's about remembering who you are beneath everything you've been told to hide.

Cellular Health 101: The Foundation Most People Are Missing with BodyBio’s Jess Kane Berman

    30/04/2026 | 49 mins.
What if the reason you still don’t feel your best… has nothing to do with willpower and everything to do with what’s happening deep inside your body?

In this episode, I sit down with Jess Kane Berman of BodyBio, a family-founded company originally created by her grandfather and rooted in cellular health and science-backed solutions and this conversation completely reframed how I think about healing - from the cellular level to the emotional level.

We talk about what’s really driving symptoms so many of us are experiencing right now - hormonal shifts, fatigue, brain fog, gut issues and why the answers might not be where you’ve been looking. Jess shares her personal journey through health struggles, how she navigated a diagnosis that left her feeling overwhelmed, and what ultimately helped her take her power back - guided in part by the foundational principles her grandfather pioneered and that still shape BodyBio’s approach today.

We dive into the connection between stress, trauma, and the body - how what we carry emotionally can shape how we feel physically, and why slowing down is often where true healing begins. We also explore what it looks like to care for your body in today’s world - reducing toxic load, making intentional choices without fear, and nourishing yourself at a level that supports deep, cellular health.

This is one of those episodes that invites you to zoom out, reconnect with your body, and rethink what it really means to heal.

Bless & Release — Letting Go, Heart Healing, and True Freedom with Danielle LaPorte

    23/04/2026 | 1h 5 mins.
Have you ever felt like you should be more healed, more clear, more certain… and yet you’re not? If you’ve been overthinking, holding on, or trying to force your way into peace… this conversation will bring you back to the wisdom of your heart.  And give you a big ol' dose of counter intuitive power moves.

In this episode, I sit down with my dear friend Danielle LaPorte to explore what it really means to live from the heart, not as a concept, but as a daily, embodied practice. This conversation challenged me in the best way, especially around how we relate to our emotions, our patterns, and even the parts of ourselves we try to push away.

Danielle LaPorte is a heart-centered leader, author, and philanthropist whose work bridges emotional intelligence, spirituality, and practical devotion. She is the author of multiple bestselling books, and she joins me to share insights from her latest "sure to be bestseller", Bless & Release.

We unpack a powerful reframe on healing, one that isn’t about fixing yourself, but about learning how to work with your energy and meet your emotions with compassion and presence. We talk about acceptance and why it doesn’t mean condoning, how resistance keeps you stuck, and what begins to shift when you stop fighting reality.

We also dive into joy, trust, confusion, the pressure to know what’s next, and how softening into uncertainty can crack open a different kind of clarity.

Healing Lyme and Chronic Illness at the Cellular Level with Dr. Bill Rawls

    16/04/2026 | 1h 31 mins.
What if the reason so many people struggle with chronic illness has less to do with the diagnosis and more to do with the health of their cells?

In this episode of the HEAL with Kelly Podcast, I sit down with physician, bestselling author, and Founder of Vital Plan, Dr. Bill Rawls, to explore the deeper drivers of chronic illness and how to heal the real root – the cell.

After developing chronic Lyme disease in his 40s and experiencing his vitality disintegrate, Dr. Rawls began questioning the conventional approach to chronic illness. His search for answers led him beyond the traditional medical model and into the world of cellular health, herbal medicine, and lifestyle factors that influence the body’s ability to heal.

Dr. Rawls explains the role of cellular stress in chronic disease, why herbs and adaptogens may work differently but as (or more!) potently than pharmaceuticals, how lifestyle shifts can restore balance in the body, and why healing often begins by addressing the environment we live in and the habits we practice every day.

This hope-inducing episode offers a new way of thinking about chronic illness, not as a failing body, but as a signal that our cells need support. If you’ve ever wondered why symptoms persist or why diagnoses can feel incomplete, this may shift how you think about healing.

Finding Purpose After Losing A Child: Live Like Braun with Jenn Levi

    09/04/2026 | 56 mins.
What if the worst thing imaginable happened… and instead of closing your heart, the spirit of the child you lost, inspired you to open it wider?

In this deeply moving episode, I sit down with Jenn Levi, mother, advocate, and co-founder of the Live Like Braun Foundation, to talk about what healing really looks like after unimaginable loss. Ten months after losing her 18-year-old son, Braun, Jenn shares how grief has reshaped her faith, her identity, and her sense of purpose. From losing their home in the Palisades fire to losing Braun just months later, she reflects on how back-to-back tragedy forced her to confront the question: How is grief going to shape you?

We talk about the reality that you don’t “get over” losing someone, especially a child. You learn to live with it.  Jenn shares how she’s building a life big enough to hold both love and pain, how giving her grief a job transformed it into service, and how the foundation is channeling heartbreak into scholarships, rebuilding public spaces, and fighting to reform DUI laws. We also explore how helping others can shift your own healing and the power of human connection in a disconnected world.  And finally, Jenn shares how her spiritual beliefs have evolved, not into easy answers, but into a deeper relationship with love, energy, and presence beyond the veil.

This conversation is raw, courageous, and honest. It’s about legacy. It’s about resilience. And it’s about choosing, every single day, to live with intention, even when your heart is shattered.
