I’ll share some tangible tips to help you move through a craving, and I intentionally made this video about 30 minutes long because cravings typically peak and pass within that window. So if you can make it through this video during a craving, you can make it through the craving too.

Moderation is exhausting -quitting brings peace. In today’s episode, I share all the moderation strategies I (and so many other sober people) tried before finally quitting 100%. Sobriety became the first thing I truly succeeded at, and I promise - while moderation feels tempting, living sober is actually easier in the long run. Alcohol is ruining your sleep

    10/2/2026 | 26 mins.
Alcohol doesn’t actually give you restful sleep -it sedates you. It can keep you in lighter, fragmented sleep and reduce REM, the stage where your brain restores mood and energy.
So if you wake up at 3am or feel groggy every morning, alcohol may be part of the reason. Removing it often helps your sleep regulate again -and better sleep improves almost everything!

Do you need AA to get sober?

Today we are diving into why I personally did not do AA. While I believe it's a great option for some people, it wasn't for me. And I actually think the thought of having to attend an AA meeting is part of what kept me from getting sober... I didn't want to sit in a room with other sober people and openly call myself an alcoholic.
So today, I'm explaining why it wasn't for me, and how you can get sober with or without AA. There's no one "right way" to get sober.
