192. My wife told me she doesn’t want children - How I’m dealing with uncertainty

My wife recently told me she didn’t want children - when we’d always agreed and said that we would.
This has of course thrown a huge spanner in the works of our relationship and our marriage - and it’s bringing up a lot of uncertainty.
And so I wanted to talk you through how I’m handling that uncertainty - in the hopes that whatever uncertainty you’re facing right now - you can perhaps use a similar approach and help create a feeling of peace, calmness and self-trust.
Note: This episode was inspired in part by the How to Be a Better Human podcast episode featuring Simone Stolzoff discussing uncertainty. Some of the ideas explored in this episode prompted me to reflect on my own experience, and this episode shares my personal perspective and how I apply those ideas in my own life and coaching practice.
