The truth is, every person we encounter is either a blessing or a lesson… and as busy working moms, we don’t have time to waste on relationships that drain us. In today’s episode, we’re breaking down this quote that I heard while watching a Hallmark Christmas movie... yep, that's right! “People come into our lives as a blessing or a lesson, and it’s up to us to figure out which is which.” Let’s be real... some people bring nothing but love and joy, while others test our patience, challenge our boundaries, or even push us to grow in ways we never expected. But here’s the key: both types serve a purpose in our lives. What You’ll Learn in This Episode: ✔️ Blessings: The people who lift us up, support us, and bring joy to our lives ✔️ Lessons: The people who challenge us, test our patience, and help us grow ✔️ How to identify who belongs in each category and how to nurture or release those relationships ✔️ How to set boundaries with ‘lesson’ people (because not everyone deserves unlimited access to your energy!) ✔️ Why some people can be both a blessing and a lesson at different stages of life 💖 My challenge for you this week mamas is: Step 1: Take 10 minutes to list the people in your life right now. Step 2: Separate them into two categories: Blessings and Lessons. Step 3: For your blessings, show them gratitude this week—send a text, make a call, or simply say thank you.
