Shane speaks with Ben Cowan about his research on how people interact with collaborative conversational AI. Ben is an Associate Professor in the School of Information & Communication Studies and Co-PI at the ADAPT Centre, where he draws on psychology, human–computer interaction, and communication science, to explore our relationships with speech and language technologies such as chatbots.
