    Having an emotional reaction to scale fluctuations on the day to day is one of the most common reasons we give up on fat loss.
    In the episode I want to give you the basic information as to why, even when we are in a calorie deficit, the scales don't always move down every day. (Although in a deficit they definitely will over time!)
    Knowledge is empowerment, and when we are empowered, we can move to a more logical, informed reaction to scale spikes- and that is what will lead to long term consistency and sustainability on our journey towards our goal.
