    In this episode I take a look at some of the realities we need to face in terms of undertaking a fat loss journey.I am a big exponent of the need to be kind to ourselves and the importance of finding self compassion on the way, but the reality is, fat loss, while not complicated, isn't always easy. Choices and sacrifices will need to be made, a little restriction is necessary, but that doesn't mean we can't enjoy the journey too. Getting really clear not only on our why and on what we want, but also on what we are willing to do, and not willing to do to achieve our goal, is the best and most real place to begin.
