In this episode we talk with Anna Navin Young, Anna is a Coaching Psychologist, Researcher, and Educator specializing in time awareness and temporal wellness. Working across educational, organizational, and community spaces, Anna supports individuals and groups through 1:1 coaching, workshops, trainings, lectures, and keynotes.
Anna is passionate about helping others understand their time habits (how they think about, value, and spend time) in order to increase their sense of purpose, productivity, and fulfillment in their lives, work, and relationships.
Alongside her private practice, Anna also lectures on the MA in Positive and Coaching Psychology and MA in Work and Organizational Psychology in University College Cork.

Episode 3: Alex Linehan Nextstepuni
In this episode we meet Alex Linehan who is the founder of Nextstepuni. Alex is a BComm Student and a Quercus Innovations and Entrepreneurship Scholar 2023/2024. His company aims to aid students in their progression onto third level education through teaching about effective learning and building a growth mindset. As a student who went to a DEIS school, Alex places a lot of focus on helping students in their educational journey.
