02/07/2026 | 24 mins. What if the guilt you feel after eating has nothing to do with food? And why does that same guilt show up when you rest or spend money?
We are going deep on one of the most common emotions I see in the women I work with guilt. Not just food guilt, although we will absolutely be talking about that. We are talking about the guilt that shows up when you rest, when you eat something that does not fit the "plan," and when you spend money on yourself.
This episode came directly out of a theme we explored in our Food Freedom program this week, and the response from the women in the room was so profound that I knew I had to bring it to the podcast.

“What’s your view on insulin resistance affecting weight? And how can the mind help with that?”
