In this week’s episode we have part 1 with Mark O Reilly. Mark shared some of his deepest darkest moments from his past, he tells it how it is. He’s such an inspiration to so many out there including ourselves. He’s also on Tictok and instagram where you can watch  how he lives his life today and what helps him and his amazing partner who’s been by his side for many years now. In this week’s episode we had Jason byrne on the podcast to talk recovery. He talked to us about how life was growing up in Ballymun. He also touched on how he started taking drugs, how it escalated and how now  has 19  months sober. He meets every Sunday morning with a great bunch of people at Portmarnick  shelters and together they rise about it. He’s also getting ready to run his first ever marathon in less than 3 weeks.
