Tom talks about what it would take for him to teach and Paul explains why roadblocks in industry are creating problems.

Mike and Danny explain how this partnership came together and why it made sense. They talk about the work they're able to take on together, that would have been to difficult solo. They discuss delegation and playing to each other strengths, how they deal with disagreements and why domestic has become less worthwhile.
