Some of us were told we were too much before we even knew what we were feeling. Too angry, too sensitive, too intense. What if that rage was never the problem, but the messenger?

This week I'm sitting down with one of my best friends and practitioners I admire most – sacred rage and boundaries coach Brittany Loeser.
Brittany is a sacred rage and boundaries coach, a ceremonialist, and someone who helps women stop abandoning themselves and claim their power back. She takes us through her whole origin story: the years of being cast as the "bad" girl, masking inside organized religion and marriage, health issues that reframed everything, and using plant medicine (yes, even mushrooms at the farmer’s market!). We chat about patriarchal conditioning in the body, the difference between repressed and reactive anger archetypes, why “just scream” isn’t always the best advice, and how clear really is kind when it comes to setting boundaries.
