Christmas is magical.
Christmas is cozy.
Christmas is… also a lot.
In this episode, Annie and Lilah gently poke fun at the not-so-happy side of the holidays—the kind that shows up when you’ve wrapped one too many gifts, Googled “how long to cook a turkey” for the fifth time, and heard that Christmas song again before December even starts.
We chat about holiday burnout, the strange pressure around gift buying and giving, the emotional rollercoaster of Christmas cooking, and the mystery of why Christmas music somehow feels nostalgic and irritating at the same time.
