This meditation is a gentle space for those walking through illness, pain, grief, or a diagnosis - whatever that may look like for you. It’s a soft place to land when things just feel too heavy to carry.
In this practice, we acknowledge what’s present in the body and slowly invite rest into the nervous system, not to fix or change anything, but simply to make room for peace, ease, and love to coexist with whatever is already here. Even in the midst of discomfort, tenderness, stillness, and peace is still possible. Better days are ahead.
This meditation is here to meet you exactly where you are. To hold you in compassion, & to remind you that you are not alone. You are so worthy of rest, gentleness, and love, especially now.

Let Go & Flow: Meditation for Detachment, Acceptance, & Trust
🌊During this meditation, we focus on the energy of acceptance, detachment, and trust. At the root of this practice is one of my favorite mantras: Om Anandham Namah, - “my actions are blissfully free from attachment to outcome.” We return to this mantra throughout the meditation, gently feeling into the peace that comes from surrender, inner safety, and deep trust.
