    Slow motility is a common diagnosis I hear clients get from a doctor who explains that "slow motility" is why they have constipation, acid reflux, bloating, or some other digestive issue. The solution to slow motility, according to the doctor, is usually either "get used to it", surgery (when motility is bad enough), or a merry-go-round of supplements or medications designed to help "slow motility" (but that don't really help relieve your symptoms).

    The reason these methods don't really help slow motility is because slow motility is NOT a root cause. It's being CAUSED by something else!
