    This was the diet I put myself on in 2015 when my IBS, constipation, and bloating started. It was the diet I followed perfectly for 2 years because it helped reduce my symptoms, but it never fully healed my gut, and every time I tried to reintroduce foods, all my symptoms came rushing back.

    Now, after working with hundreds of clients with IBS for over 8 years, I've heard this story over and over and over again.
