    123. Rebuilding Stronger Than Before: Infidelity, Divorce, Motherhood & Entrepreneurship with Jeanette Aranda

    07/07/2026 | 56 mins.
In today's episode, Elizabeth sits down with Jeanette Aranda, founder of Shut The Kale Up, for a conversation about what it really looks like to rebuild after infidelity, divorce, and having your life fall apart in public. Jeanette shares what the aftermath actually felt like, how she kept showing up for her boys when she had nothing left, and what it has taken to slowly open her heart back up to love and trust again. She is someone who has clearly done the work, and it shows.

    122. SOLO: "Manifestation is BS", Showing Up Authentically & The Fear of Being Seen

    30/06/2026 | 54 mins.
In today's solo episode, Elizabeth gets into three things that have been on her mind lately: shame, the fear of being seen, and why she thinks "manifestation is BS" is something people say when they're not willing to do the work. She opens up about a Journal Speak session that took her from a random daily moment straight back to specific memories of hiding her chronic pain, her mental health, and her struggles from the people closest to her, and what it has cost her to keep things close to the chest. She gets honest about what happened when an internet pile-on stripped her of her authenticity for a full month, how she eventually got her footing back, and why staying in your purpose is the only real protection against other people's opinions. This one is raw, reflective, and a reminder that sharing the hard stuff isn't weakness. It's the whole point.

    121. Formation Over Transformation: Birth, Recovery and the Return to Self with Hilary Hoffman (Part 2)

    23/06/2026 | 57 mins.
In today's episode, Elizabeth sits down with Hilary Hoffman, founder and CEO of Soto Method, for part two of their conversation. They dive into what recovery actually looks like when the birth story does not go as planned, and what it means to come back to yourself on the other side.

Hilary picks up right where she left off, sharing the physical and emotional weight of those early weeks in a way that is rare to hear. She is honest about the hard parts, the unexpected setbacks, and the moments that brought her to her lowest point.

She also gets into the eight weeks of walking and breathing that formed the foundation of her recovery, the 30-day eating plan that helped her feel like herself again at month five, and how a passage from Andre Agassi's memoir gave her a new way to think about identity after everything her body had been through. This episode is not about getting your body back. It is about forming someone new.

    16/06/2026 | 1h
In today's episode, Elizabeth sits down with Hilary Hoffman, founder and CEO of SOTO Method, for part one of a two-part conversation. They dive into infertility, twin pregnancy, and a birth story that changed everything.

Hilary opens up about two years of unexplained infertility, the IUI cycle that finally worked, and what it was like to discover she was carrying twins. She shares how she kept moving through all 38 weeks, the complications she carried quietly, and what happened in the delivery room that she never saw coming.

This is part one. The recovery comes next.
