It’s Jody Agard. Life’s been full over here—lots of moving parts, like I’m guessing it might be for you too. Some days it feels like I’m being pulled in every direction… but what I’ve come to learn is that there’s always this quiet spaciousness inside me, just waiting to be accessed.
All it takes is a pause.
Sometimes I’ll stop in the middle of the chaos, while doing the dishes or taking the dogs out—close my eyes, take a deep breath—and remember: I don’t have to carry it all.
