  • Why Running Feels Hard?
Running fast is fun, but pushing yourself too hard too soon can make running feel like a chore. Everyone's pace improves over time, but trying to speed up too quickly can backfire. Focus on running at a pace that feels good for your body, and gradually increase your speed with consistent, well-planned training. If running is still tough, you might need to build more strength and endurance. Adding a strength and conditioning session or some cross-training each week can help.
