Da: Solen stod højt på himlen, og hele parken lå stille under dens skarpe lys.
En: The sun was high in the sky, and the entire park lay still under its sharp light.
Da: Det var midsommer, men glæden manglede.
En: It was midsummer, but joy was absent.
Da: Naturen havde overtaget de faldefærdige strukturer i den gamle forlystelsespark.
En: Nature had taken over the decaying structures in the old amusement park.
