When the Truth Finally Comes Out: Lauren's Story of Reclaiming Life [Encore]

    06/03/2026 | 55 mins.
In this encore episode, I sit down with Lauren, a former client who bravely shares her journey through discovering decades of hidden infidelity and the powerful transformation that followed. What began as a devastating revelation ultimately became a catalyst for profound personal growth, courage, and rebuilding a life on her own terms.

Lauren opens up about the moment she uncovered the truth about her husband's long history of betrayal and how she navigated the emotional shock, grief, and fear that followed. She shares the pivotal role that trusting her intuition, facing painful truths, and envisioning new possibilities played in helping her move forward.

Together we talk about the importance of reclaiming your voice, creating a plan for your future, and refusing to settle for a life that keeps you small. Lauren's story is a powerful reminder that even after deep betrayal, it is possible to rebuild a life filled with peace, confidence, and purpose.

If you are navigating infidelity or questioning what comes next in your life, this episode will remind you that your future is still yours to create.

    In this episode, we cover:
Your body often knows the truth before your mind is ready to accept it
Healing requires feeling the pain rather than avoiding it
Creating a vision for your future opens the door to new possibilities
You deserve a life filled with peace, joy, and self-respect

If you're ready to reclaim your life after infidelity, I invite you to reach out and explore how we can work together.

Luke Shillings: A Man's Perspective on Betrayal and Healing [Encore]

    27/02/2026 | 38 mins.
In this encore episode, I sit down with relationship and infidelity coach Luke Schillings to talk openly about betrayal from a man's perspective. Luke shares his experience of discovering his wife's affair, navigating divorce, co-parenting through heartbreak, and ultimately rebuilding his life from the inside out.

We talk about the shock of confirmation, the unexpected relief of knowing you weren't "crazy," the struggle with resentment when children are involved, and the powerful shift that happens when you focus on what you can control instead of what you can't. Luke shares how journaling, forgiveness, and personal responsibility became the turning points in his healing.

Most importantly, this conversation is about resilience — and hope.

    In this episode, we cover:
Why confirmation can bring relief after suspicion
How to identify what you can and cannot control
The role forgiveness plays in your own healing
Why putting yourself first actually serves your children
How resilience is built one decision at a time

If this episode resonates with you, I invite you to reach out. You do not have to navigate betrayal alone.

Self-Trust After Infidelity: Ending People-Pleasing [Encore]

    20/02/2026 | 21 mins.
In this encore episode, I talk about something that is foundational to healing after infidelity: learning to trust yourself again by honoring what you truly want.

After betrayal, it's so easy to lose your footing. You question your instincts. You second-guess your judgment. You stop trusting your own voice. But one of the most powerful ways to rebuild that trust is by reconnecting with your desires — even the ones that feel small, selfish, or uncomfortable.

I walk you through why so many of us struggle to ask for what we want, how people-pleasing and a reflected sense of self keep us stuck, and how honoring your desires actually accelerates your emotional growth. When you lean into what you want, you build integrity, emotional maturity, and strength. You stop abandoning yourself.

    In this episode, I cover:
Your desires are not random — they are invitations to growth
Honoring what you want rebuilds self-trust after betrayal
    Tension is not a sign you're wrong — it's a sign you're growing
You can stop people-pleasing and still be loving

If you're ready to rebuild your foundation and trust yourself again, I would love to support you. Reach out. You don't have to do this alone.

From Spiral to Steady: Managing Intrusive Thoughts [Encore]

    13/02/2026 | 20 mins.
Intrusive thoughts after infidelity can feel overwhelming, consuming, and impossible to control. In this encore episode, I walk through what intrusive thoughts really are, why they happen after betrayal, and what we can actually do about them.

If you've ever gone from calm to a full emotional spiral in seconds because of a memory, a word, or a random reminder, you're not broken. You're responding to trauma. I explain the difference between the "upstairs brain" and the "basement brain," and how betrayal keeps us in survival mode longer than we realize.

Most importantly, I share practical steps to slow intrusive thoughts down, understand what they're signaling, and begin healing at a deeper level instead of just trying to push them away.

    In this episode, I cover:
Why intrusive thoughts feel so intense after infidelity
How to regulate your nervous system in the moment
Questions to ask yourself when a thought won't let go
How to know if a thought needs processing or reassurance
What it looks like to co-regulate safely with your partner

You don't have to live at the mercy of intrusive thoughts. There is something underneath them that can be healed. If this episode resonates with you, I'd love for you to reach out and let me know what landed.

Three Steps to Stop the Pain After Betrayal [Encore]

    06/02/2026 | 16 mins.
After infidelity, one of the most common questions I hear is, "Will it always hurt?" In this encore episode, I answer that question honestly and offer a clear path forward. The pain does not last forever — but healing requires understanding what actually causes the pain and learning how to work with your mind instead of against it.

I walk through three foundational steps that help the hurt subside over time. First, I explain why infidelity hurts so deeply and how the meaning we attach to it often reactivates old wounds. Then I separate remembering from hurting — showing why forgetting isn't necessary in order to heal. Finally, I teach how to set boundaries around your thoughts so you stop reopening the wound again and again.

Healing does not mean erasing the past. It means learning how to remember without suffering and how to treat yourself with compassion when pain resurfaces. This work puts the power back in your hands — regardless of whether you stay in the relationship or not.

    In this episode, I cover:
Infidelity hurts because of the meaning we attach to it, not the event itself
Remembering and hurting are two different processes
Thought boundaries help prevent emotional re-injury

If you're ready to heal without waiting for someone else to change, I invite you to reach out and learn how to begin this work.
