Minx is one of Australia’s most respected and enduring DJs, with a career spanning over two decades across both the commercial and underground scenes.
Originally from Sydney, Minx built her foundations in South Australia before breaking into the national spotlight as one of the first official female DJs for OneLove — at a time when the industry was heavily male-dominated. She went on to perform across the country, win She Can DJ, tour internationally, and play some of Australia’s most iconic events including Stereosonic, while releasing mix CDs and becoming a recognised name in the commercial house scene.
At the peak of her success, Minx faced the challenge many artists encounter — evolving her sound while navigating the expectations that came with mainstream popularity. Rather than being defined by one lane, she successfully transitioned between commercial success and underground credibility, earning respect across both worlds.
Throughout her career, she has faced industry adversity and doubt, particularly as a female artist in a competitive space. Despite this, Minx has continued to grow, adapt, and remain relevant — solidifying her position as one of the most successful and influential female DJs in Australia.
