Mark shares how he worked with professionals to be diagnosed and begin his well-being process.  Triggered by loud noises, Mark still enjoys his spanking, but it has been a challenge to work through. Mark shares his journey, how he handles his triggers and how he worked with a professional spanking domme to gently overcome his fears from childhood. Fortunately for veterans in the U.S., the V.A. offers quality resources, you just have to be able to get through all the paperwork, and fortunately, they'll also have someone to assist you with that  as well!  Please be kind to those around you, we never know what someone is going through. We can't control who or what is going to trigger us, but we can choose how to respond.
