Aubyn Howard is the co-founder of Psychosynthesis Coaching Limited and author of Psychosynthesis Leadership Coaching - a psychology of being for a time of crisis (2020).Aubyn holds an MA in Psychosynthesis Psychology with the London Institute of Psychosynthesis and an MSc in Change Agent Skills and Strategies with the HPRG at Surrey University. Simon Western is a leading academic and practitioner in coaching and leadership, and the author of several books and many academic papers. He is the host of the popular Edgy Ideas Podcast and blogs on Re-enchanting Our Worlds, Substack.Simon brings an unusual depth of experience to the field of coaching and leadership. Ed Rowland is Founder of The Whole Partnership and a leadership catalyst and senior executive and team coach.
