Connection content — your personal stories, behind the scenes, real life moments. Makes people feel like they know you. And people buy from people they know.
Conversion content — your offers, your launches, your clear calls to action. This is the one most healers are most afraid of. But without it, you are building an audience that loves you and respects you — and doesn't buy.
You need all three. Consistently. In rotation. Not every post has to hit all three — but across your week and your month, all three need to be present.
