Your Message Is Medicine: Why You Keep Hiding (And How to Find Your Voice Again)
10/08/2026 | 16 mins. What if the reason you're not showing up isn't because you don't know what to say… but because some part of you still doesn't feel safe being seen?
This week inside my Show Up & Shine Challenge, I asked the women:
If I handed you a microphone right now and told you your message was about to reach millions of people… how would your BODY feel?
Not your mind.
Your body.
For so many women, the immediate response was contraction. Tightness. Fear. Wanting to hide.
And yet, these are the same women who know they're here to make a bigger impact.
In this episode, we're talking about what happens when your heart desires visibility, but your nervous system is still trying to protect you from it—and how tapping can help you become the woman who feels safe enough to be fully seen, heard and expressed.
You'll hear me talk about:
✨ Why your nervous system can resist the very thing you consciously desire
✨ The younger parts of you that learned being seen, heard or fully expressed wasn't safe
✨ Why those parts aren't broken—they adapted to protect you
✨ How to stop letting your younger self run your business
✨ Meeting the version of you who already knows what she has to say
✨ Why confidence may not mean becoming louder, bigger or more polished—but becoming more fully yourself
✨ The question that can shift everything: What becomes possible on the other side of showing up?
✨ Why visibility isn't really about followers, likes or becoming an influencer—visibility creates opportunity
✨ Why the client who needs you can't buy from you if they don't know you exist
✨ How sharing your story could impact someone's choices—or even change their life
✨ Why this isn't ultimately a posting problem. It's an identity shift.
Because I believe:
Your message isn't the medicine.
YOU are the medicine.
Your message is simply how your medicine reaches the people who need it.

We're beginning Show Up & Shine: 30 Days of Tapping, Visibility & Identity inside the Wildly Wealthy Woman Experience.
For the next 30 days, we're not just going to talk about visibility—we're going to practice it.
We'll tap through what comes up when you're seen, work on your message and offers, play Visibility Bingo, practice getting on camera, share what you believe, tell your stories, SELL, and become the woman who can make an offer without apologizing, let someone misunderstand her without disappearing, and trust the value of what she carries.

Have you ever wanted to post something online... and then stopped because you were worried about what someone might think?
Maybe you've been told to tone it down.
To stop sharing.
To be quieter.
To be "less."
In today's episode, I'm sharing why one of the greatest acts of healing isn't becoming louder—it's becoming freer.
I'm opening up about a relationship that taught me one of the biggest lessons of my life: your job is not to make other people comfortable by becoming smaller.
Your job is to shine.
I also share why visibility has been one of the most healing experiences of my life, how posting online helped me regulate my nervous system, and why people pleasing often keeps everyone stuck.
If you've ever felt like you've edited yourself, filtered your truth, or abandoned parts of who you are to protect someone else's comfort, this conversation is for you.
Inside this episode:
Why your light can trigger other people's insecurities
The difference between loving feedback and someone asking you to become smaller
How people pleasing quietly keeps everyone stuck
Why visibility is about healing—not just marketing
The identity shift behind becoming a woman who gets paid to show up
How to stop abandoning yourself and start trusting your voice
Why fully expressed women become radiant women
Powerful reminders from today's episode:
Every time I show up, I get paid.
Your light is not the problem—it may be the invitation.
Visibility teaches your nervous system that it's safe to be fully yourself.
You are responsible for shining your light—not managing other people's triggers.
A fully expressed woman is a radiant woman.

31/07/2026 | 18 mins. What if the thing keeping you from your next level isn't a lack of strategy—but a lack of safety in being seen?
After hosting an intimate tapping circle on Vancouver Island and leading our Wildly Wealthy Woman community, I realized women everywhere are carrying the same invisible weight. We aren't struggling because we don't know enough. We're struggling because we've learned to play small, wait for permission, and hide the very gifts that could change someone's life.
In this episode, we're talking about what it really means to become visible—not just on social media, but in your life, your business, and your calling.
If you've been waiting until you're more confident, more polished, or more "ready," this episode is your invitation to stop waiting and start shining.
In this episode, you'll discover:
✨ The surprising theme that emerged from both my in-person tapping circle and the Wildly Wealthy Woman community
✨ Why visibility isn't a marketing problem—it's an identity and nervous system pattern
✨ The five lies that keep women playing small:
Fear of being judged
Believing you're not polished enough
Thinking you don't know what to say
Waiting for life to calm down
Worrying you'll seem salesy or desperate
✨ How to stop waiting for permission and start trusting your voice
✨ Why your stories are often more powerful than your expertise
✨ The mindset shift that changed the way I think about selling forever
✨ The affirmations we created together to help women become more magnetic, visible, and abundant
Some of my favorite reminders from this episode:
"Presence is more powerful than polish."
"The world doesn't need another woman waiting until she feels ready."
"Every time I'm visible, a new opportunity comes my way."
"I make money by being myself."
"The woman you're becoming is waiting on the other side of visibility."

Today is one of the most personal episodes I've ever recorded.
I'm recording this on the day my grandmother passed away at 96 years old. Within hours of saying goodbye to one of the most important women in my life, I experienced unexpected opportunities in my business, shifting relationships, and a profound reminder that life is almost never just one thing.
It's joy and grief.
Heartbreak and hope.
Endings and beginnings.
All happening at the same time.
In this episode, I take you behind the scenes of the past two weeks—from reconnecting with my family on Vancouver Island, to the story behind a photo of my grandma, my daughter, and me that changed the way I see my own life. I share the moment I knew I was leaving Mirra's dad, the gift my grandma gave me that helped build my business, and the realization that I'm no longer becoming the Wildly Wealthy Woman... I finally feel like I am her.
If you've been waiting for life to settle down before sharing your gifts, starting your business, or showing up more fully, I hope this conversation reminds you that you don't have to wait. Sometimes showing up is part of the healing.
In this episode, we explore:
Why life is almost never "one thing" and how to hold grief and gratitude at the same time.
The story behind the 2018 photo of my grandma, Mirra, and me—and why it means so much today.
The moment I knew it was time to leave my eight-year relationship and choose a different future.
What my grandmother taught me about resilience, leadership, and leaving a legacy.
The $1,000 gift that changed the course of my life and business forever.
Why belief is one of the greatest gifts we can give another person.
How supporting my own family through tapping became a 15-year dream fulfilled.
The identity shift from "becoming" the Wildly Wealthy Woman to realizing I already am her.
Why so many women are still hiding online and how visibility can become part of your healing journey.
An invitation to stop waiting for the perfect moment and start showing up anyway.
A few of my favorite reminders from this episode:
"Life is almost never one thing."
"She believed in me before there was evidence."
"Leadership isn't something you wait to feel ready for. One day you simply realize you're already carrying it."
"The world doesn't need another perfect woman. It needs more real women."
"Maybe all God has ever asked of us is one courageous decision at a time."
Ready to stop hiding?
If this episode spoke to you, I'd love to invite you into my Show Up & Shine Visibility Challenge.
Together we'll tap through the fears, stories, and limiting beliefs that have kept you playing small, reconnect with your voice, and help you become the woman who knows her message matters.
Because I truly believe your story is someone else's medicine.
If this episode encouraged you, would you take a minute to share it with a woman who needs to hear it? Your recommendation could be the very thing that reminds someone they're not alone.

Show Up & Shine Visibility Challenge for $33 https://jackie-mcdonald.mykajabi.com/offers/wi5UmrMr - The Difference Between Manifesting & Co-Creating with God | A New Moon Reflection
What if manifestation isn't about making life happen...
What if it's about becoming available for what God wants to create through you?
For years, I taught manifestation through vision boards, affirmations, tapping, future memories, and speaking life over your dreams—and I still believe in every one of those practices.
But lately, something has shifted.
Instead of asking, "How do I get what I want?"
I've started asking,
"God, what do You want to create through me?"
That one question has changed everything.
In today's episode, I share the mindset shifts, prayer practices, and simple actions that have completely transformed the way I'm creating this next chapter of my life. From dream clients and speaking opportunities to new events, meaningful relationships, and unexpected miracles, I've been reminded that when we partner with God instead of trying to force our own plan, doors begin to open in ways we never could have orchestrated ourselves.
As we enter this New Moon, I invite you to pause, listen, and ask a different question.
Not...
"What do I want?"
But...
"What wants to be created through me?"
In this episode, we explore:
✨ The difference between manifestation and co-creating with God
✨ Why I've stopped gripping my goals so tightly
✨ The five practices helping me elevate this season
✨ How tapping, prayer, and journaling help you hear God's direction
✨ Why asking better questions changes everything
✨ How to move from fear into possibility
✨ The power of taking the next obvious step
✨ Trusting that provision always arrives on time
✨ Becoming available for the life God wants to create through you
The 5 Things I'm Doing to Elevate Right Now
Ask better questions.
Instead of asking "How?", ask "What wants to be created through me?"
Speak from faith, not fear.
Replace "What if it doesn't work?" with "What if this becomes even better than I imagined?"
Take the next obvious step.
You don't need the whole plan. You only need today's assignment.
Trust provision.
The right people, opportunities, resources, and finances arrive when they're needed.
Become available.
Sometimes the greatest shift isn't doing more—it's becoming more open to God's direction.
Journal Prompt for the New Moon
Close your eyes.
Place your hand on your heart.
Take a deep breath.
Then ask yourself:
What wants to be created through me?
Listen.
Write.
Tap.
Pray.
And trust whatever begins to unfold.
If this episode encouraged you, send it to a friend who's stepping into a new season or share it on Instagram and tag me. I absolutely love seeing what you're creating and hearing what God is stirring in your heart.
And if you're ready to go deeper into this work, the Elevation Mastermind begins this week. When you join the Wildly Wealthy Woman Experience, you'll receive the entire mastermind as my gift—a six-week journey of tapping, prayer, faith, and becoming the woman you're being called to be.
I can't wait to create alongside you. 🤍
