His Insulin Needs Plummet on Carnivore S3E98

    14/10/2026 | 45 mins.
Diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes as an adult last year, Marc reports his insulin requirements fell sharply during his first five months on a Carnivore diet this year. This substantial reduction in insulin is a highly impressive accomplishment.

A year prior to this interview, before his diabetes diagnosis, Marc was eating up to 7,000 calories a day, yet continued losing weight, eventually reaching 155 pounds. His blood glucose was 337, his A1C was above 14, and he was experiencing severe digestive problems and persistent weight loss.

Marc began the Carnivore diet five months ago. Here he reports currently using dramatically less insulin - as little as 1-1/2 total unit per day - along with improvements in digestion, sleep, energy, focus, mood, and gym performance.

He discusses his transition from bodybuilding macros and sugar cravings, his experience with fat adaptation and continuous glucose monitoring, and his efforts to understand his changing health markers.

Important: Marc’s experience is personal and should not be interpreted as evidence that Carnivore reverses Type 1 Diabetes or eliminates the need for insulin.

    Carnivore Changed Her Story S3E98

    13/10/2026 | 49 mins.
Three cancer battles. A devastating prognosis. And a decision that changed everything.

Mary Toc, a fitness trainer from Melbourne, Australia, has faced cancer three times. After being diagnosed with ovarian cancer and later stage-three breast cancer that had spread to her lymph nodes, Mary faced a terrifying choice. Her medical team recommended chemotherapy, radiation, and extensive surgery. When she declined those treatments, doctors warned her she might have only four to six months to live.

In this deeply moving conversation, Mary shares the fear, conviction, and extraordinary determination behind her decision. She reflects on her experience with the medical system, the importance of asking questions, questioning the answers, and her desire to help others discover the approach that transformed her own life.

Mary chose a different path. Drawing on her determination to preserve her strength, independence, and life’s work, she adopted a strict Carnivore approach, initially eating only steak and salt.

She describes how her tumors shrank on Carnivore, supported by PET scans showing no detectable cancer. She also reports that she, her father and brother have all experienced cancer-free outcomes while following Carnivore without conventional cancer treatments.

Today, Mary continues to train clients, build strength, inspire women to reclaim their vitality, and recommends the Carnivore diet. Her story is about more than a diagnosis. It is about preserving identity, refusing to surrender the life you love, and finding the courage to explore your options when the stakes could not be higher.

For anyone facing a cancer diagnosis, or supporting someone who is, Mary’s story raises profound questions about nutrition, personal choice, and the search for hope in the darkest moments.

Important note: Mary’s account reflects her personal experience and does not establish that Carnivore treats or cures cancer.
