  • Zac Ashkanasy.
Zac Ashkanasy (Australia) became the M50 1500 WR holder in March hitting an incredible 3.57.70. It was felt at the time that he came out of no where, but he has a 3.43 as a senior and a 1.49 800m. A very private guy who shuns social media and only posts basic information on Strava. So, we're very lucky to get his story here about the WR night, his training and past experience. Please like and share this episode.
