God is not withholding financial blessing from you because you want it too much. He is waiting to see if you will faithfully build what He told you to build.

And in Isaiah 40:31, the Hebrew word for "trust" is qavah, meaning to wait with active, hope-filled expectation not passive sitting but eyes-open building.
