    70. Structure Over Motivation

    19/1/2026 | 36 mins.
On this episode of the SoberFitGirl Podcast, we’re diving into why staying alcohol-free isn’t about having more motivation — it’s about having more structure.
Motivation comes and goes. Some days you feel strong and clear, and other days you’re tired, emotional, or just over it. That’s when routine and rhythm matter most. We talk about how simple structure in your days, nights, and weekends can make not drinking feel calmer and more doable, instead of something you have to constantly think about or fight with.
We get into the moments that are usually the hardest — evenings when you’re winding down, weekends when you want to “reward” yourself, and social plans where alcohol used to be the default. And we share how planning ahead, having small rituals, and creating predictability can lower anxiety and take the pressure off relying on willpower.
This episode is for anyone who’s realizing that white-knuckling isn’t the goal. The goal is building a life that actually supports you — where you feel steady, grounded, and taken care of, not just “being good” or pushing through.

    69. From Guilt to Grace

    12/1/2026 | 32 mins.
On this episode of the SoberFitGirl Podcast, we’re talking about the shame so many of us carry around our past drinking, our choices, and the versions of ourselves we’re trying to leave behind.
We dive into why healing isn’t about “fixing” yourself, but about slowing down and meeting what comes up with honesty and compassion. We talk about how shame grows in isolation, and how powerful it is to hear “me too” and realize you were never broken — you were coping the best way you knew how at the time.
We reflect on looking back at our past selves through a softer lens, recognizing that we were doing the best we could with the tools we had. And we share how shame begins to loosen its grip when you start taking care of yourself in small, consistent ways — rebuilding trust through action, routine, and choosing yourself one day at a time.
This episode is for anyone who still feels heavy about their past, who struggles with guilt or self-judgment, or who is learning how to say, “I’m sorry” to themselves with love instead of punishment. Sobriety isn’t about erasing who you were — it’s about making peace with her and finally letting yourself move forward.

    68. Dry January: The One Thing that Makes it Stick

    05/1/2026 | 35 mins.
On this episode of the SoberFitGirl Podcast, Kathryn and Ewa dive into Dry January—sharing their own experiences from getting sober and the lessons they wish they had known sooner.
They break down the often-overlooked risks of doing alcohol challenges without support, including white-knuckling, emotional overwhelm, rebound drinking, and finishing the month without any real clarity or change. Kathryn and Ewa talk honestly about why simply removing alcohol isn’t enough, and how lack of community, reflection, and structure can make these challenges feel harder—and lonelier—than they need to be.
This conversation is for anyone who’s tried Dry January before, is currently in it, or is sober-curious and wondering why alcohol challenges can feel so intense. The goal isn’t perfection or willpower—it’s awareness, support, and building a foundation that actually lasts beyond January.
If you’ve ever thought, “Why is this so hard for me?”—this episode will help you understand why, and what actually helps.

    67. Crushing The Stigma With Creative Sobriety

    29/12/2025 | 49 mins.
On this SoberFitGirl episode, Kathryn and Ewa sit down with Kristen Bear, the founder of Creative Sobriety, who opens up about her journey to sobriety and the challenges that came with it.

Kristen got sober in February of 2020, but the path wasn’t easy. She shares honestly about what stopped working, the emotional and mental hurdles she faced after removing alcohol, and what surprised her most about early sobriety. From identity shifts to learning how to sit with discomfort, this conversation goes beyond the highlight reel and into the real work of staying sober.

Kristen also reflects on how sobriety gave her the space to re-evaluate her life, relationships, and patterns — and how choosing not to drink ultimately became the most transformative decision she’s ever made.

This episode is for anyone who’s sober, sober-curious, or in the thick of it — wondering if the struggle is worth it, and needing reassurance that it truly does get better.
