This meditation was a request from a listener who wanted a meditation for when you are feeling poorly and can't sleep. We've all been there, feeling rotten, thoughts racing, sleep avoiding us... In this meditation I guide you through into a deep relaxation, allowing the mind to quieten, thoughts to melt and for you to drift into a healing and restful slumber.
