Catia is a Psychotherapist, a yoga philosophy teacher and author whose study of how the Chakras are portals of healing and wisdom within the body is embodied in her novel "Echoes of Timelessness". In this conversation we dive into how understanding the chakra system gives us the power and knowledge to interpret the messages of the body that it send us in the form of dis-ease and imbalance. We can be very adept at giving, caring, anticipating needs, and generally being of service. But what happens when it is our turn to receive? Do we deflect, give twice as much back, feel undeserving? This meditation is a simply exercise in allowing ourselves to receive. With grace, with ease, with a sense of worthiness. You are allowed to receive and you deserve to receive all that you desire. This is the energetic cycle that we are all a part of.

This is a live recording of a meditation that I gave in class recently. In it we focus on the Heart Chakra - Anahata - and in expanding it using the breath and a gentle visualisation. It is a beautiful way to work with the heart chakra energy and to infuse the heart with love and gratitude, opening the heart and allowing energy to flow within us.
