In this episode, I open up about my personal experiences with psilocybin (psychedelic) mushrooms—how they’ve shaped my mindset, creativity, connection to nature, my love for life, and even my running journey. I discuss my experiences with "ego death" and emotional healing, to microdosing and trail running. I also include some science-backed insights and resources if you want to learn more about the benefits (and potential risks) of mushrooms. This is not medical advice, just one person’s honest journey with a powerful and often misunderstood plant medicine. Whether you’re curious, skeptical, or somewhere in between—thanks for listening with an open mind!Andrew Huberman Psilocybin Podcast #1: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eIxVfln02SsAndrew Huberman Psilocybin Podcast #2: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fcxjwA4C4Cw2018 study on Psilocybin and Depression: https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/29338538/Michael Pollan: https://michaelpollan.com/🍄Get 15% off Mr. Mushies Mushrooms with code JEREMY15: https://cabin33.shop/FOLLOW THE PODCAST: https://podcasters.spotify.com/pod/show/jeremy-miller80FOLLOW JEREMY:- Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/jeremymille.r/- YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/@jeremy.miller- Website: https://www.jeremymiller.io/TIMESTAMPS:00:00:00 Introduction00:02:00 Background and Science of Psilocybin00:15:50 Microdosing00:24:10 My First Psychedelic Experience00:30:50 My Second Psychedelic Experience00:39:30 Running and Microdosing00:45:20 Final Thoughts
