  It's one thing to be diagnosed with breast cancer but going through the surgery process is another thing entirely. • Five years later, being diagnosed and hearing those words - you have breast cancer

  In this episode, I'm going to be chatting about hearing those words. The words that no woman ever wants to hear, let alone twice. You have breast cancer. I got two beautiful ladies that looked after me for my biopsy and you'll be pleased to know I didn't pass out! I walked in and it was Dr. Liang, who, you know, as you know, was my surgeon for the DCIS but I walked in and I said hello. as lovely as it is to see you. I don't think I want to be in here. And Dr. Liang is very straightforward. very matter of fact, but she is also like very empathetic and she's just a very beautiful but she doesn't want to be around the bush. So she you know, she sat me down and she said, you know, like, we've actually found something. It's in the same area. So still it was back in the left breast and it's actually a cancer. • Being Diagnosed With a DCIS

  Let me take you back in time... It's June 2017 and I'm going for my routine mammogram. I am 47 years of age and I am fit and healthy, or so I thought. I don't know about you but I always dreaded going for my mammogram but knew that it was necessary.
