As mentioned in the episode, here are the instructions for a Named Support Contact to create a Workday ticket to get your current integration API usage:
•Request Flex Credit API usage reports from Workday, by integration. Say that you approve them looking at the actual integration name. 
When entering the ticket, choose:
•Customer Support >> Workday Product
•Select: Platform and Product extension
•Select: Integrations - API framework (product area)
•Subject: Please provide API Usage Logs from the tenant for a one-month period.
