  • A different kind of dirt, flirty feasts, and tracking ‘Pilates’
In this chaotic episode of Untidy, Matilda and Hannah come in hot (and festering) with gripping chat about the questionable states of their drink bottles and the confusing double standards of various hygiene rules. Matilda gets hit on in a hotel lift and Hannah reveals how successful influencing has her with the facial skin of and infant. There’s full analysis of Apple Watch data she’s collected while having midday “Pilates” in committed example of ‘doin’ it for the pod’. They unpack Kris Jenner’s impossibly smooth features and wonder where it ends ... and begins ... Then pay a visit to the cast of characters reading for parts in Matty’s head. Lastly, Hannah’s sage parenting advice gets turned around to bite her in the olfactory nerves. It’s unhinged, far too revealing, and full of giggles. Bon appetite! • Best bits: Stacy Sims — How sauna and ice works best for women
In this mini-episode of Untidy, Matty and Hannah talk to Dr Stacy Sims to break down the science around ice baths for women, the benefits of saunas, and if science backs up contrast therapy. Here’s the mini episode with all you need to know! The science says women need to do things differently. For real results, Stacy says keep your hot and cold sessions separate, skip the suffering, and lean into what actually works for your body. Stacy also shares her top three tips for longevity. • Gloriavale Unveiled with Theophila Pratt
In this episode of Untidy, Matilda and Hannah speak with Theophila Pratt, a Gloriavale cult survivor, qualified paediatric occupational therapist, author, and fierce advocate for freedom and healing. Theo, formerly known as Honey Faithful, grew up in Gloriavale, an isolated and highly controlled Christian community on the West Coast. At 18, she was cast out after challenging the regime, with nothing but a suitcase, a ticket to Auckland, and little understanding of how the outside world worked.TRIGGER WARNING: This episode includes discussion of religious trauma, psychological abuse, coercive control, childhood neglect, and sexual abuse. While we approach these topics with care and sensitivity, some content may be distressing for listeners. Please take care while listening and prioritise your wellbeing. Theo shares what life inside Gloriavale was really like — from the oppressive rules that haunted every moment, to the calculated psychological control that deprived people of their individual identities, especially for girls and women. Theo talks about the subtle acts of rebellion that sparked her path to freedom, what it took to start again from scratch, and how she’s now helping others do the same. Theo reflects on trauma, therapy, rage, spirituality, and walking a determined road to self-trust and reclaiming her voice and identity. Her memoir, ‘Unveiled: A Story of Surviving Gloriavale’ exposes the realities of life inside the cult and offers hope to those seeking freedom from high-control environments.
